Login Problems

If you are having problems logging in, and you have already registered 'here' it is likely that your browser is not accepting cookies (NOTE: Internet Explorer 6 often has cookies disabled by default). To be able to log into the site you must have cookies enabled on your browser. Details for how to do this are outlined
below.

These guidelines relate to specific versions of the Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. If you have a different version of the respective browser and the following instructions do not correspond to those that are available you will need to search the browser's help files for 'enabling cookies' or just 'cookies'.

Internet Explorer 5.5
select: Tools, Internet Options, then click the security tab, then click the 'Custom Level ...' tab and in the window that pops up, scroll down to 'cookies' and make sure the 'enabled' option is selected. Then Click OK for that pop-up window and then OK again for the internet properties window.
It is recommended that you close all browser windows, then open Explorer up again and re-try loggin in. If you still have problems please email us at

Netscape 7:

select: Edit, Preferences and then click on the 'privacy and security' option.
From the drop down menu select cookies. The 'enable cookies based on privacy settings' should be selected and when you click on the 'view' button, the 'Level of Privacy' should be set to 'medium'. If you still have problems please email us at
