The Course
Important Information Professor Canter established the very first MSc in Investigative Psychology in 1992, thereby giving life to the thriving area of IP research and professional activity that exists today. These developments have been such that he now believes the most compelling challenge in this area lies in pushing the intellectual and professional application boundaries further through a profile of innovative research projects with carefully selected research proteges and Ph.D level students and as such cannot dedicate the time he would like to the master's level actvity. As a consequence his highly successful MSc course presently exists in modified form as a course that gives considerable weight to aspects of the more traditional areas of Forensic Psychology. Details of that course can be found at http://www.liv.ac.uk/psychology/pg/invforpsy.html . Because of the great significance of the original MSc in Investigative Psychology and its many graduates information about them and their activities is maintained on this site. |
