Call for Poster Presentations

The deadline for oral presentations and Poster Presentations has passed. However, we will be accepting submitions for the next Conference and details of this will be available here shortly.


Instructions for Poster Presentations

 

  1. Abstracts scheduled for presentation during the poster sessions will be numbered and listed in the program and published in the conference brochure
  2. The poster-board surface for each presenter will be 150cm high by 90cm wide. Posters must therefore be in portrait style rather than landscape.
  3. Posters should be readable by viewers one meter away. The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top. The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation
  4. Each poster should be placed on the board assigned to each presenter.
  5. All presenters are requested to affix their posters from 0900 - 1200 on the first day and remove their posters on the final day. The University of Liverpool will not be held liable for any posters lost or damaged.
  6. Presenters should bring simple means to affix their posters, such as velcro or sticky tape.
