Deadline for Registration.


Price Change - 5th November, 2005:
Registration price changes from £245 to £270

Final Deadline - 5th December:
Final date for registrations.


Registration:

All presenters must confirm their attendance by registering for the conference. If you have not registered by 5th November, your submission will be removed from the conference program.


Chairing Sessions:

If you have not already done so, please let us know if you are willing to chair a session or not.


Audio Visual Equipment:

Computers, standard overhead and PowerPoint projectors are provided in each room.


Schedule:

We will begin scheduling presentations as soon as all approved presenters have registered or on 5th November, whichever comes first. Once the schedule is completed we will make it available on the IP Conference website

We cannot guarantee to accommodate date/time requests but if you know before 5th November that you have some travel restriction or the like, please email us.


Paper presentation:

In general, paper presentations will be strictly limited to 20 minutes. Panel chairs are responsible for enforcing strict time limits to ensure time for discussion.
