Stuart Kirby







Stuart Kirby

Stuart Kirby is a Detective Chief Superintendent within the Lancashire Constabulary and commands the Specialist Crime and Operations Division. Previous roles have included territorial command, training, head of intelligence and head of organisational change.

A staunch supporter of utilising psychology in the investigative arena, he has been a hostage negotiator since 1995. Further since completing his PhD on the subject of child molesters during 1993, he has been in accredited as a National Police Advisor in this field and has been used to assist on offences ranging from indecent exposure to murder.
