Conference Speakers back to speakers ![]() Michael Davis Michael Davis is a Psychologist at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health (Forensicare) and a Research Fellow at Monash University in Australia. He is the National Secretary of the APS College of Forensic Psychologists. He was trained in clinical and forensic psychology at Monash University where he is currently completing his Doctoral thesis. Michael has presented nationally and internationally on the topics of violence risk assessment, offender profiling, eyewitness interviewing, sex offender recidivism, and other aspects of violent crime. He is a member of the Australian Forensic Reference Group (Victoria Police) and regularly provides assistance to the Behavioural Analysis Unit. Michael is an Associate of the Centre for Investigative Psychology at the University of Liverpool (UK) and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Investigative Psychology and Offender Profiling.
